Contentsquare is looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to help drive our growth marketing strategy and optimise our campaign performance.
 As Contentsquare’s Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the implementation, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns to drive new business. You’ll be utlising owned and paid digital channels. You’ll play a critical role in advising on Contentsquare’s growth marketing strategy and you’ll lead the experimentation and improvement of Contentsquare’s content and channels.
You’ll work with an awesome, creative and award-winning team (including Taco the office dog). 
What you’ll be doing:
Campaign management:
- Owning digital channels for the implementation of global & local marketing campaigns such as paid search, paid social and email. 
- Implementation and optimisation of Tier 1 global campaigns such as Contentsquare’s annual Digital Experience Benchmark Report and the ever-popular CX circle. 
- Using the following marketing tools to execute, optimise and report on campaign performance: Salesforce, Hubspot & Pathfactory.
- Lead management in nurturing MQLs through the funnel.
- Deliver visibility and insights needed to align marketing activities with growth goals
- Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritise, test, and evaluate lead generation channels
- Utilising the Contentsquare product to optimise campaign performance
- Conducting database management to ensure the marketing database is clean, up-to-date and engaged. 
Growth Hacking:
- Continually research, recommend, and evaluate new channels
- You’ll lead and implement a dedicated A/B testing programme 
What we’re looking for:
- A skilled Growth/Digital Marketer who has operated as part of a Marketing team (SaaS experience would be a plus but not essential).
- You are comfortable troubleshooting, getting stuck into data, and always learning.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience across a variety of channels including paid social, search, email and more.
- Comfortable with learning and onboarding new tools. Experience with either Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus. 
- Experience executing campaigns that have generated high levels of MQLs and a measurable contribution to new logo & revenue acquisition
