We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager who wants to evolve how employees can access sports and wellbeing activities within several countries.   • You are responsible with your squad for challenges and opportunities we have around activating more employees within our corporate customer base, onboarding them with their first product experience, and catering to the needs of our corporate customers
  • You enjoy conceptual work in a fast pace and international environment, with the support of a variety of stakeholders - from design, to engineering, to other Product Managers and leaders - and of course interacting with our customer and partner base
  • You take ownership of KPIs, discover the best way of achieving our product goals, and drive your team to execute successfully against short-term gains as well as long-term strategic initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations
  • You are passionate in developing solutions for the corporate fitness and wellbeing market
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • You have 3+ years experience in product management and the lateral leadership of agile development-teams on either B2C or B2B2C products (incl. consumer mobile apps; two-sided platform as a plus)
  • You have both a passion for finding intelligent and scaling solutions for business challenges, as well as for developing products that end users love
  • You have solid understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery
  • You are a decision maker and possess complex decision-making skills rooted in analytics, user feedback, and business goals
  • You are a talented and proactive communicator and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
  • You are a culture builder in your team, foster a fun culture of safety, innovation, and excellence and are comfortable in working with distributed teams
  • You have good English skills, German is a plus
YOUR TRAINING GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS
  • You developed an outstanding knowledge about our customers and our market
  • You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the Development and Product teams as well as key stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success and Operations
  • You acquired a comprehensive understanding of our product ecosystem
  • You successfully collaborated with the team on first challenges within the product area you are responsible for
