As an SDR at Supermetrics, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact, forging new opportunities and cultivating relationships with prospective customers.
  • Unleash the potential of new Supermetrics clients, empowering them to automate their digital marketing reporting and bid farewell to the days of mind-numbing copy-pasting from various platforms into spreadsheets!
  • To excel in this role and achieve your goals, you should possess the talent and drive to discover new business prospects and build strong connections rapidly. We are seeking someone who fearlessly embraces prospecting, enjoys engaging with customers over the phone, and stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential Supermetrics customers based on ideal customer profiles, target geographies, and industries.
  • Time to connect! You will proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, understanding their needs and goals, with the aim of scheduling 12 sales-driven calls per week with our seasoned Sales Executives.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of all activities in Salesforce, as we truly value our data.
  • Come together with the team! We hold internal team meetings weekly, where we exchange tips, thoughts, and insights, assess our progress towards our goals, and nurture team spirit.

You will report to an exceptional Sales Team Lead and have the opportunity to learn from the best. By observing the sales processes you create, from initial contact to securing a successful deal, you will pave your way to becoming a Supermetrics Sales Executive yourself!

With customers spanning the globe and an ever-evolving, fascinating industry to work in, each day will bring new and exciting challenges!

🏆 What kind of talent are we seeking?

If you are eager to kick start your career in international B2B sales, thrive on challenges, and enjoy working in a goal-oriented environment, we want to hear from you. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as you will primarily focus on our UKI market.

In addition, we would be thrilled if you have:

  • A university-level Business degree.
  • High commitment and strong track record of attaining goals
  • A positive mindset and a genuine desire to uplift and share knowledge with your colleagues. We believe in teamwork, not internal competition—we win together!
  • Experience in digital marketing or technology is a plus ➡️ you will be selling to marketing and data professionals.
  • Any previous experience in SaaS, B2B, or international sales is advantageous but not required. We value your ability to learn quickly and your determination to build a successful sales career.
