Unframe Raises $50 Million Series B Led by Highland Europe, Surpasses $100M TCV in Under 12 Months

19-May-2026

Unframe today announced a $50 million Series B led by Highland Europe, alongside surpassing $100 million in total contract value in under 12 months.

The company is building a managed AI delivery platform that helps enterprises move from AI ambition to deployed, production-ready solutions in days.

Enterprise demand for AI continues to accelerate, but most organizations still struggle with the operational challenges required to deploy AI at scale. The bottleneck is rarely access to models or ideas. It’s integrating AI into existing systems, workflows, governance, and security environments in a repeatable way that delivers measurable business outcomes.

What stood out to us about Unframe is its ability to close that gap.

Rather than treating every AI initiative as a standalone project, Unframe enables enterprises to deploy integrated AI solutions directly into existing systems, workflows, and data environments with remarkable speed. Each deployment builds on the last, allowing organizations to expand from initial use cases into broader operational adoption across teams and functions.

That repeatability is reflected in the company’s momentum. In less than a year, Unframe surpassed $100 million in total contract value while achieving 400% net revenue retention, driven by rapid expansion within enterprise customers after initial deployment.

“We started Unframe to close the gap between AI ambition and AI execution,” said Shay Levi, Co-Founder and CEO of Unframe. “Enteprises no longer struggle with access to AI. The challenge today is operationalizing it in a way that actually drives business outcomes. From the beginning, we felt a strong alignment with Highland in both vision and company-building philosophy. That combination of shared conviction and strong chemistry made them the right partner for this next phase.”

“Almost every company we speak to can describe AI use cases that would be game changing for their business. The challenge is what happens next,” said Jacob Bernstein, Principal at Highland Europe. “Moving from idea to something that actually works in production is where most initiatives stall. What stood out to us about Unframe is their ability to close that gap, turning real use cases into working solutions in days, and how quickly those solutions expand once deployed. Shay, Larissa, and Adi bring deep technical expertise and a proven track record of building and scaling together, which is critical in a market that’s evolving this quickly.”

The new funding will be used to expand the platform, grow the team, and support Unframe’s growing customer base as it continues to scale globally.
